Motorola's RAZR2 V9m will soon be available in Canada from Virgin Mobile for $149 CAD (about $147) on 3-year contract. Just to remind you, the phone features a 2Mpix camera, 2" external QVGA and a 2.2" internal QVGA displays, external music controls, stereo Bluetooth, EV-DO data, and a microSD card slot.
